Management 

Bálint Botos, MRICS, CFA

Bálint holds an MSc degree in economics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a major in Urban and Rural Development (2003-08), he pursued extensive financial studies at the CFA Institute (CFA charter 2012) and management studies at Harvard Business School (PLD 2021-22).

Following his university years, Bálint started to participate is residential property development projects, subsequently, between 2009 ans 2013, worked as financial analyst and portfolio manager. From 2014 until 2016 he was investment manager at Tippin Corporation, and between 2015-2019 he was also providing property-consulting services for the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

In 2011, he founded Rigg Wealth Management cPlc., in 2014 co-founded Forestay Group, where he serves as a managing partner since then.

Németh Péter, MRICS, MBA

Peter graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a Master’s degree in Architecture. During his studies he was granted scholarships to study in Denmark and Paris. He continued his professional education at Central European University and obtained his MBA degree from Emory University Business School in Atlanta.

From 2005 he worked as Portfolio Manager for Siemens Real Estate in Munich, after which, in 2007, he joined Tippin Corporation as Development Manager and was responsible for leading its Hungarian, German and Georgian projects.

He is co-founder and managing partner of the Forestay Group subsidiary companies that are responsible for development, project management and property management. He is a Member of the Board of Rigg Wealth Management.

He is in charge of leading several property development projects; among others has managed the construction of Dean’s College Hotel, Budapest’s first, big-scale private student hotel of 418 rooms.

Peter is a licensed architect, real estate agent and property valuer, and financial service broker, member of RICS.

Varga György

György joined Horsens Partners in 2013 and became a managing partner in 2016. He is responsible for the operations and development of the company. He is well acquainted with the firm’s customers, partners and operation.

He conducted his studies at Pogány Frigyes Bilingual Vocational School for the Building Industry and at Szent István University Ybl Miklós Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

During his 25 years in the building industry he has gained experience working at every level of the construction business.

From 2003 as a company owner, besides managing his own company’s fit-out works, György has acted as the technical inspector of several EU funded projects in Hungary, also as the responsible chief engineer of listed buildings restorations and furthermore as project leader of several large-scale investments and fitout projects.

György holds licensed inspector and building control inspector permits.
